How we work
- List and samples — what goes in, how many, into what. An equipment sample for measuring / 3D scanning, or a STEP file; production models are already in our outline library.
- Pilot — one case with an insert for you to test.
- Run — contract, batch schedule, labelling (cavity numbering, tags, colour per unit), dispatch.
- Repeats — we keep the files; the next batch needs no new design, and kit changes are a file edit.
Cases can be yours or ours: plastic cases, plywood and metal boxes.
Materials and requirements
- Cross-linked PE foam 40–50 mm for reusable packaging — hundreds of cycles, does not crumble, can be washed
- PE+EVA for optics and electronics with sensitive surfaces
- Operating temperature −40 to +70 °C, does not absorb water, no odour
- Tolerance from 0.5 mm, consistent from batch to batch
- Multi-tier inserts with dividers, cut-outs for tags
