Step 1. You send
Anything from this list — more is faster, but the minimum is usually enough:
- Top-down photos of the items on a flat surface with a ruler or tape measure in the frame — usually all we need
- Container dimensions: inside length, width, base depth and lid depth — or the case model (popular ones are in our library)
- Quantity and required date
- If available: DXF / STEP / PDF, a layout from the online constructor, or the item itself for measuring
Where: the form at the bottom of the page, or phone / Telegram / e-mail.
Step 2. We quote
Within a working day we send prices for 2–3 material options with lead times — specific figures for your job. If something is missing, we ask in one list.
Step 3. We agree
We send a layout with dimensions and depths. You review it and move anything you like — changes before cutting are free. For runs and complex jobs we make a test sample: one insert to check the fit in the real case.
Step 4. We produce and ship
Contract (for companies) and prepayment → CNC cutting → bonding layers if needed → fit check → packing → dispatch or collection in Dnipro. We keep the files, so a repeat order needs no new design work.

What affects the price
- Insert area and material thickness
- Number and complexity of cavities (cut length)
- Material: non-cross-linked PE is cheapest, cross-linked PE mid-range, PE+EVA highest — see Materials
- Number of layers, bonding, two-colour
- Quantity: runs cost noticeably less per piece

What affects the lead time
- Readiness of the input: a photo with a ruler — a day; measuring a complex part — a few days
- How quickly you approve the layout
- Volume and production load — for runs we give a schedule
- Season: November–December has a queue for gift runs, so order early
