Why a box needs a foam insert
A product in a box without an insert moves around, gets knocked and reaches the customer not quite as in the photo. A packaging foam insert fixes every item in the set, protects against impact and makes unboxing part of the product: open it and everything lies straight, in its place, on a contrasting background.

How we make it
- Dimensions. Inside dimensions of the box, or a sample box sent to us. Product outlines from a top-down photo with a ruler, DXF, or a sample for measuring.
- Layout. Item arrangement, cavity depth, finger cut-outs. You approve a layout — changes are free, there is no die.
- Test sample. For runs, 1–2 pieces for approval so you can see them in the real box.
- Run. CNC oscillating knife, tolerance from 0.5 mm. We keep the files, so a repeat batch needs no new design work.
