Why a drone needs a foam insert
A drone loose in a case means a scratched gimbal, a broken arm and a battery out of its slot. A foam insert holds the aircraft, controller, batteries, goggles and antennas still, absorbs the shock if the case is dropped, and shows in a second whether every battery is there before you leave.

How we make it
- Outlines. Production drones and controllers come from our outline library. FPV frames and custom boards — a top-down photo with a ruler or a 3D scan. Cavity clearance 1–2 mm.
- Layout. We arrange everything within the case: aircraft in the centre, batteries with a ventilation gap, controller and goggles where they come out first. You get a layout to approve.
- Cutting. CNC oscillating knife, PE/EVA foam up to 50 mm in a single pass, tolerance from 0.5 mm. Multi-layer inserts are bonded.
- Runs. We keep the files; a run for a unit is cut from the same files, with labelling.
