Who we are
Foam Tech Ukraine LLC makes polyethylene foam inserts in Dnipro, Ukraine. We started in 2017 with inserts for our own needs — gun safes and cases. It turned out that few people could make them accurately and quickly, so we started cutting for others: shooters and hunters, service shops and manufacturers, brands and equipment makers, military units and defence companies. More than 10,000 inserts so far.
Today that means CNC machines with an oscillating knife and a milling spindle, a stock of four types of foam, a library of case and item outlines, and a team that takes an insert from a phone photo to a parcel in a few days.
What we stand for
Precision. Tolerance from 0.5 mm, from an oscillating knife on CNC — not a laser and not hand cutting.
Speed. A quote within a working day, a layout for approval, a sample in 1–3 working days. No die, so no waiting for tooling.
Made in Ukraine. Designed and cut in Dnipro — for anyone from a single-case owner to a defence company ordering production runs.

Materials
Closed-cell foams only: cross-linked PE (Ukraine and Hungary), non-cross-linked PE, PE+EVA. They do not absorb water or oil, do not crumble and keep their shape for years. We do not use polyurethane foam. Materials →
